She started as a staff accountant at Atlantic Records and worked her way up to Associate Vice President of Royalties at Warner Music Group. Veronica joined The Nordlinger Group in 2008.
As the most senior member of the group, Veronica wears many hats. She manages a small roster of her own clients and is involved with all clients, lending her years of experience to the rest of team. She enjoys the ever-changing nature of the music business and guiding her clients through the challenges they face as the industry evolves.

Tommy Bohlen

Tommy Bohlen, Senior Business Manager, was raised in New York and California by parents from Switzerland and Korea and is based in Los Angeles. He went to Berklee College of Music where he studied business administration and played pedal steel guitar. After graduating, he moved to New York City to be a musician and a music promoter. He spent a number of years playing in bands, promoting concerts around Brooklyn and the city, and managing tours for musicians. In 2019, he joined The Nordlinger Group.
Tommy’s extensive and varied experience as a performing musician, promoter, and tour manager and his educational background on the business side of the music industry gave him a comprehensive overview of the industry. He enjoys being able to work on behalf of an artist in every area of their career

Jaime Isobe

Jaime Isobe, Senior Business Manager, was born and raised in Alabama by Japanese-American parents. A passionate guitarist since his early teens, he toured the South with his band after graduating college. In 2010, he moved to New York City to attend NYU’s Music Business graduate program, from which he earned his MA. While living in New York City, he also worked at Velour Music (now C3), managed some of his favorite bands, handled booking for Stage 48, and met his future wife in a bar on 3rd Avenue and 6th Street.
Jaime joined The Nordlinger Group in 2018. Working at TNG allows him to build strong relationships with artists and clients he adores and see them through to financial security while making sure that their activities and operations are handled competently, thoroughly, and with the highest level of care. He still plays guitar every day while working full time at TNG.

Richard Mollo

Richard Mollo, Senior Business Manager, was born on Long Island and worked as a child actor before attending Stony Brook University. There, he earned an economics degree with a minor in business management and played on the varsity football team. He went on to receive his MBA in finance from Hofstra University, and then worked in the accounting department at Cablevision for five years. Richard has also been a working musician, an actor, and a talent manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the demands of the entertainment industry and a deep empathy for the artists he represents.
Richard has worked at The Nordlinger Group since 2018 and finds it a dream job in the way it allows him to holistically support artists in many aspects of their lives and careers. In his free time, he enjoys playing bass guitar, working out, listening to music, especially heavy metal, and playing with his dog, Frances, whom he recently adopted after finding her roaming the streets of China.

Rosalva “Rosie” Estrada

Account Manager

Rosalva is a native New Yorker who grew up in Washington Heights, where she still lives. She attended LaGuardia Community College, majoring in accounting, and then transferred to John Jay College for a degree in criminal justice with a specialty in financial forensics fraud. After graduation, she worked for the I.R.S. in the auditing department for the small business/self employed division. She enjoyed the work there, but wanted a new challenge, something more fast-paced. Stumbling upon an ad for an internship at TNG, Rosalva immediately applied, met with Veronica, and secured the internship. One week after it began, she was offered a full-time position, and has been nothing but grateful and excited ever since. She greatly admires and looks up to Glenn, who she says is an amazing resource to go to when she has questions or wants more information about the business.

Rosalva’s family is from Mexico and she often goes there to visit family and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful countryside. Travelling is a passion of hers: highlights include Boston, Montreal, Philadelphia, and Bali. She enjoys immersing herself in different genres of music via her work for TNG. She also loves to bake, and adores her rescue cat, Puma, who she calls the king of the house.

Arman Nasim

Account Manager

Arman has worked for The Nordlinger Group his entire adult life. Growing up in the middle of Long Island, the son of a father from Pakistan and a mother from the Philippines who met in New York City, he was always into entertainment: comedy, music, and movies. He was reared on The Disney Channel (Jonas Brothers, High School Musical, Camp Rock), punk rock, superhero movies, video games, and comic books, all of which he counts as important influences on his adult sensibility. While a college student at NYU, majoring in finance and economics, he was an intern at TNG. A year after graduating, Arman found himself finished with Los Angeles/ Hollywood, and decided to return to NYC with TNG full time. He feels so fortunate to be able to combine his passion for entertainment with his expertise in business in his work with TNG.

Arman describes what he does for TNG as half glamorous, half hard work. He loves seeing TNG’s clients in concert, helping up and coming artists and DJs achieve success, and learning from his amazing colleagues at work. Arman is a prolific author of everything from children’s books to adult fantasy novels.

Elena Coletta

Account Manager

Elena was born in Chicago and grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois, the only child of an artist and a project manager. As a kid, she did lots of School of Rock, mostly as a singer, and dabbled in guitar and piano. She’s always loved live music and going to concerts; she likes to be in the pit and prefers smaller venues to stadium shows. Elena wrote her application essay for college about camping out for 36 hours in order to be first in line for admission to a 21 Pilots concert. After high school graduation, she moved to New York City for college at NYU, where she earned a B.M. in Music Business and studied abroad in Prague her junior year spring semester.

Elena loves her work with TNG because it is always exciting, meaningful, and helpful to the musicians and artists she believes in. She is a licensed tattoo artist and says that the weirdest tattoo she was ever asked to do was the word “tattoo”! Obsessed with fairies since she was a little girl, Elena loves designing and tattooing tattoos of fairies. Other hobbies include reading (the Sarah J. Maas books are a current favorite), playing the ukulele, and thrifting- a Jean Paul Gaultier mesh long sleeved shirt with images of the devil was a prize find. While initially based in New York City, Elena is now working remotely out of Raleigh-Durham.

Adam Kleckner

Account Manager

Adam grew up in Belmont, Massachusetts, the middle child of three boys. He played guitar, loved the Beatles, and attended Big Sean at the House of Blues in Boston as his first concert. He was always very sporty, playing soccer, hockey, baseball and his main sport, basketball. A 1000 point scorer in high school, he went on to play basketball at Ithaca College. After receiving a B.S. in finance with a minor in sports management, Adam went on to earn an MBA in Music and Entertainment Management from Ithaca as well.

Adam has worked for Glenn ever since he earned his degrees from Ithaca and finds the work incredibly satisfying as it allows him to combine his passions for music, finance, and artist management. He likes being in the back end but still being really involved with everything, having to be in the know about the business, talking with the clients, forming those strong relationships, especially with the smaller artists. Adam lives in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with his girlfriend, whom he met in the Ithaca MBA program, and their adorable green-eyed black cat, Charles.
